Steve currently leads the CRM aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice which delivers customer, case management and service solutions with a strong focus on design and agility. With over 10 years of experience of working with Dynamics he has delivered projects that provide 360 degree customer experiences, full case management and a range of commercial, sales and marketing processes.
With a background working for major technology companies he has instigated and overseen delivery of major systems into public sector such as social housing, local authorities, government departments and health as well as commercial.
Recent Dynamics projects include:
- NHS England – All UK call centres moved onto Dynamics digital platform, self-service portals, 500 users
- Guinness Partnership – Social Housing customer service centre Dynamics project, 1,000 users
- Department of Health – replacement of old system with Dynamics to deal with parliamentary questions, enquiries, complaints case management, 1700 users
- Solar City – sales and account management for solar energy sales, 50 users
