Kerri has over 10 years’ experience in HR as well as over five years in HR consultancy. She worked in Investment Banking at the beginning of her HR career helping to set up graduate recruitment assessment centres for various banking entities. She has helped to reorganise and restructure businesses for senior leaders within companies. In consultancy, she has had a varied HR career spanning many sectors; Social Housing, Charities, Retail and Sales, finance houses and property management. She has also worked in the public sector for a time.
Kerri oversees the support and delivery of HR services at RSM HR and manages a team who provide support to retained and non-retained clients, mainly SMEs in the private and voluntary sectors. Most recently she has led RSM's Gender Pay product offering to clients creating a tool which automatically calculates clients results for them to save them number crunching.
Kerri is a regular contributor to the RSM Employment Matters newsletter, and she has in the past been quoted in HR publications as well as business pages in relation to HR matters.
