Frederic is a partner in RSM with a focus on supporting UK and international businesses address complex accounting and financial reporting matters. He and the financial reporting advisory team help organisations assess, understand and implement current or new accounting standards, whether under UK GAAP or IFRS, and enhance the quality, reliability and timeliness of the financial reporting upon which critical business or investment decisions are made.
Frederic has over 19 years of professional practice experience in the UK, having operated across both people-intensive and asset-intensive industries. Frederic works closely with CFOs, FDs and the key stakeholders in finance responsible for the internal and external reporting. His key contributions include managing GAAP compliance within set commercial objectives, enabling acquisitions and divestments, and enhancing policies, processes and controls over financial reporting. Prior to 2011, Frederic provided audit and financial reporting services to public and private multinational groups and to fast growth entrepreneurial companies looking to raise capital on public markets.
Frederic regularly speaks at industry events and conferences on the impacts of new financial reporting standards. Committed to influencing business communities and to building long term relationships, Frederic has also been a contributing member of the ICAEW's 'Entertainment and Media Interest Group' advisory committee for the past six years, and he was for a two-year period until late 2013 co-chairman of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain's 'SME and Entrepreneurs' Club'.
Frederic qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW and is also Diplômé en Expertise-Comptable with the French OEC.
