Clodagh is a director in RSM’s M&A advisory practice in Bristol and Southampton with a ten year career in corporate finance supporting owner managed businesses.

RSM corporate finance M&A advises on transactions in the mid-market with deal sizes of between £5m and £100m.

Clodagh began her career funding buy-outs with a combination of debt and equity for Bank of Scotland before moving to RSM, advising management and vendors on buy-outs, together with sale and acquisition mandates.

Clodagh has advised on a number of management buy-outs including the management buy-out of Stage Electrics, the management buy-in of Seevent Plastics. Sale mandates include the sale of Resterra to Origin, Deltaform to Waddingtons and the sale of Premium Timber to Meyer.

Clodagh has also advised on acquisitions for AIS, a Growth Capital Private Equity investment.
