The RSM choir has overcome their nerves to perform a trio of live events in the lead up to Christmas - culminating in a performance at Central Square which is the future office for the audit, tax and consulting firm.
The final festive performance took place at Central Square’s Christmas market, which was held in the atrium of the new landmark office development in Leeds. RSM will relocate around 300 people from the two offices it currently occupies in Whitehall Quay and Wellington Street into the building next summer.
This performance completed at hat-trick for the choir following taking part in a sing-a-thon in Trinity shopping centre to support St Vincent Support Centre; and performing at Bibis recent Christmas event.
Neil Sevitt, partner at RSM and tenor in the choir, said:
‘It’s been great to support key regional events in the run up to Christmas to spread some festive cheer across the City. It’s been a real learning curve for us all to learn new songs, manage the nerves and perform in public. It was hard work but through dedication and teamwork we’ve completed the hat-trick, which is a real achievement.
‘As we approach 2017, the office looks forward to moving into Central Square so it was fitting that our final festive performance of 2016 was in the entrance of our new office.’
