Leading audit, tax and consulting firm RSM has unveiled its new office at Leeds’ flagship office development Central Square – marking an exciting new chapter for the firm, reinforcing RSM’s commitment to the Yorkshire market, and strengthening its position within the wider market in The North.
The move brings together some 300 people from two offices on Whitehall Quay and Wellington Street into one new office spanning 25,000 sq ft. The modern open-plan space delivers a new collaborative working environment that will encourage greater interaction.
The announcement follows significant investment in the RSM Leeds team including the recent strategic hire of private client partner Chris Etherington from PwC and the promotion of Hugh Fairclough to audit partner.
Central Square delivers flexible, sustainable grade-A, BREEAM outstanding office space in the heart of the city centre, plus leisure and retail space connected through high-quality public realm, including a central atrium and sky garden for tenants’ use.
Kevin O’Connor, RSM’s regional managing partner for Yorkshire and the North East said:
‘This impressive new space in the heart of the core business hub in Leeds not only offers a flexible working environment for our rapidly growing team, but it enhances the culture and encourages greater agility and interaction throughout the business.
‘This is a pivotal moment in RSM’s history in Leeds. It marks a new chapter of strategic growth for us in the City and reinforces our position as a leading business advisory firm in Leeds. It’s more than just moving location, as our new office will help facilitate our strategic goals and shape the future firm.’
