Keith Ward, head of social housing at RSM, comments:

‘After many years of divergence, social housing associations and the government are more aligned than ever before, which is driving much-needed investment, delivery of new homes, innovation and efficiencies. I look forward to working with John and our growing portfolio of associations to maximise this opportunity and mitigate any potential risks.’

‘I’m delighted to take on the North West role. The region has a strong social housing sector and we have an experienced, dynamic team in place that can help support associations to maximise key opportunities, but also potential challenges, such as board assurance, effective governance and digital transformation as these issues becoming increasingly more important to operations.’
