RSM appoints new forensic partner

Akhlaq AhmedAudit, tax and consulting firm RSM has strengthened its forensic practice by appointing a new forensic partner in its London office.

Akhlaq Ahmed joins RSM from a Big Four firm where he led the forensic business in the South of England.

Akhlaq, who has more than 18 years of experience working with clients nationally and globally, will lead RSM’s accounting investigations business from London.

A trained Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the ICAEW, Akhlaq brings with him extensive experience in investigations and helping clients counter fraud and corruption risk. He has led global investigations, assessed contract non-performance, and advised clients on contract breakdown resolution.
