RSM corporate finance has advised on the sale of Staffordshire-based veterinary practice Shires Vets to the Linnaeus Group.
Shires Vets provides high quality pet, equine and large animal health care services across its five sites in Staffordshire. Linnaeus Group is a network of first opinion and specialist referral veterinary practices, formed following the investment of Sovereign Capital in Willows Referral and Veterinary Centre. It delivers the highest levels of patient care and comprises of some of the best clinicians in the veterinary profession.
