RSM would like to invite you to attend a HR training session designed to identify the challenges created by staff acting inappropriately in the workplace and to suggest ways to equip managers with the skills needed to develop and support an inclusive working environment.
In recent months, the media has been full of reports and discussions around equality and diversity in the workplace along with the gender pay gap concern, often with dramatic impacts on organisational as well as individual reputation. This raises the question; how are you managing equality and diversity in your workplace and how do you encourage a supportive and respectful culture in your organisation to minimise reputational risk?
In this mini-training session we will explore what legally constitutes inappropriate behaviours at work and how managers play a critical role in minimising their occurrence and in developing an all-embracing culture.

Who should attend?
The seminar is aimed at Financial Directors with HR responsibilities. It is also designed to equip managers with the skills needed to ensure equality expectations are always met in the workplace.
