Our selection process aims to find out more about your skills and experience, but it’s also a chance for you to discover more about us.
When to apply
Our intake opens in September with closing dates each month. We also have a smaller intake in January, but this varies by location. Vacancies will close once they are filled, so make sure you apply as soon as possible. Start your story today.
The first step is to fill out the relevant job application on our website. This will ask you about your educational achievements and work experience. It should only take around 30 minutes to complete and, whatever the outcome, you’ll hear back from us within five working days. Please note that RSM will only take one application into consideration per intake. We do not accept multiple applications to different vacancies.
During the second stage you’ll be asked to complete an online situational assessment that will assess your potential to be successful at RSM. You have seven days to complete this assessment.
You will be invited to an online video assessment. This is so we can get to know you a little better and if you will be the right fit for RSM. Don’t panic – you will have five days to complete the video interview and have plenty of time to practice. We look for authentic, natural responses so don't prepare your answer or read from a script.
During the fourth stage you’ll be invited to attend a virtual assessment on Microsoft Teams. This will include an introduction to RSM followed by an interview process with our managers. Please come prepared to tell us more about you and your career ambitions. But also make sure you ask plenty of questions, so you can find out more about us and whether we’re the right fit for you.
And don’t worry if you’re new to Teams, we’ll give you everything you need to know in advance as well as our full support on the day.
